The Hive is an 80,000 sq ft award winning sustainable office building, located in the heart of Manchester’s Northern Quarter.  It is a joint development between Argent and Manchester City Council.

The building achieves a BREEAM “Excellent” rating and won the prestigious British Council for Offices Best Commercial Workplace in the North (2011) Award.

The floor plates at the Hive are very flexible, allowing businesses to take from 1,ooo sq ft to 40,000 sq ft.  Office space is available on three floors with retail units suitable for bars, restaurants, shops and galleries located on the ground floor.
