The Hive is an 80,000 sq foot sustainable building for office space located in the heart of Manchester’s Northern Quarter.

Inner-city business does not mean unethical environmental standards at The Hive, which is why we’ve done our best to make the premises a sustainable building. A green-planted sedum area sits atop the building, perfect for mixing work and play, and there are large private balconies on the fourth floor, as well as garden areas on the third. The Hive thinks big business benefits from lush surroundings, so we provide them.

Flexibility is key to making companies feel comfortable, and that’s why our floor plans are expansive and unobtrusive. With a typical office layout accommodating one person per ten square metres, staff will be able to relax as they get to work.

Located right in the middle of the city, The Hive is easy enough to get to. Train and bus routes take you to its doorstep, but they’re not the only option available. On the ground floor of The Hive is a room with stands for up to 32 bikes.
